Bert and Kevin came quickly and did a wonderful job putting in a new heating unit that works like a gem. They were professional and personable and it was a pleasure to meet them. They did a great job!

I've been using Rooterman for 20 years and am still very impressed by their promptness, customer service and expertise. The manager gives a time same day and John and Kevin arrive promptly amd assess the situation. They give a quote and stick to it. They return promptly next morning to finish job right on time, and answered all my questions. Highly tecommended.

The work they did was fine, however they rushed me and then put me in a bind. This was an insurance payment and I was still awaiting the check. They told me it was no problem and they would wait until I received the check. They did not wait, and cashed it and caused my account to overdraft. Now they won’t respond. I told them to wait. They rushed the job and still cashed the check. Very unprofessional.

We had a clogged kitchen sink. Kevin and Mark assessed the job, estimated and then got it done. They arrived close to the time estimated. I recommend Rooterman.
